Technological innovation has an undeniable impact and is a top priority for us. To cut our environmental footprint, we take concrete action: our Green Data Centre runs entirely on renewable energy, minimising emissions from energy use. Our Device as a Service (DaaS) solution extends device lifecycles through BuyTec's refurbishment services. We are also committed to making technology more inclusive by developing solutions that simplify people's lives.
Sustainability Manifesto
An actual manifesto?
We wanted to lay down some firm principles, set clear boundaries, and shine a light what matters - that's how our Sustainability Manifesto came to be. It's not just a list of best practices - it's a lifestyle, a choice, and a commitment.
Priorities first
Green it and reducing environmental impact
Our values
Responsibility, simplicity and trust
Our sustainability strategy is based on three core values: Responsibility, Simplicity and Trust. These principles guide all our choices and are embodied in the initiatives dedicated to our employees every day. An example? We have introduced refillable detergent dispensers to reduce our use of single-use plastic. But that's not all: the service is completely self-service and based on trust, with no payment checks. We believe that small actions send big messages and encourage positive change in daily habits. All our initiatives, together with our ESG strategy, are described in the Sustainability Report, which represents our concrete commitment to a more responsible future.
Environment
Carbon neutral service guarantee
We monitor and calculate the emissions generated by our services internally to offer customers maximum transparency and awareness of their environmental impact. Our services are also carbon neutral thanks to the financing of a wind power project in India through the United Nations Carbon Offset Platform, thus contributing to the transition towards a more sustainable future. This is complemented by initiatives to encourage sustainable transport for employees and the introduction of an innovative machine for the disposal of coffee capsules, which separates the organic content from the plastic and aluminium capsule, enabling the materials to be recycled correctly.
Governance
Promotion of ethical and sustainable business practices
We have strengthened our governance through tools such as the ESG Risk Assessment and Double Materiality Assessment, performed in line with EFRAG guidelines, to ensure gradual alignment with CSRD requirements. Furthermore, the renewal of our ISO 14001 and EcoVadis certifications demonstrates our ongoing commitment to responsible environmental management and the promotion of ethical and sustainable business practices.
Social life
Creating a stimulating, safe and inclusive work environment
We focus on the well-being of our staff, striving to create a stimulating, safe and inclusive work environment. We actively invest in the mental and physical well-being of our employees through concrete initiatives, such as psychological support, a company gym, men's and women's prevention programmes and consultations with nutritionists. These services, available on our campus, reflect our commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and a good work-life balance. In addition, we strive to enable people to share their passions through themed clubs such as book clubs, theatre clubs, chess clubs and numerous sporting initiatives, fostering social connections and a strong sense of community.
