24/7 Hardware Maintenance
This is a hardware maintenance service that we have been providing for over 40 years, which includes on-site intervention by qualified Elmec personnel, replacement of faulty parts or the entire hardware components. Thanks to a warehouse with spare parts ready for delivery, we also supply certified vendors' replacement equipment.
24/7 Proactive Monitoring
Through monitoring, we identify system failures even before you can see them. An alert informs you to plan the intervention and to minimize the impact on your business. Monitoring covers the hardware, the hypervisor (VMware), the operating systems of the virtual machines, on the network and security devices.
